Palate
Full-bodied and oily, this Springbank coats the palate with coastal peat and iodine, tempered by rich sherry influence. Dried fruits—raisin, fig, date—layer with dark chocolate, orange zest, and a kiss of vanilla. Spice and leather add depth, while saline, maritime notes linger in a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with dark fruit, cocoa and toffee, coaxed by warm spice and a whisper of maritime peat. Sherry depths linger, bringing figs and raisins, while a saline smokiness slowly fades to refined oak and lasting warmth.
