Coastal peat smoke threads through a briny, maritime aroma, balanced by rich sherry sweetness. Dried figs, orange zest and roasted almond unfold with cocoa, vanilla and warm oak, while a subtle iodine kiss recalls Campbeltown's sea air.
Palate
Silky, peat-kissed arrival gives way to a rich sherried depth. Dried fig and plum weave with salted caramel, cocoa and polished oak, while subtle maritime brine and iodine keep the sweetness in check. Full-bodied and velvety, its spices linger—orange zest, leather and cacao—into a long, refined finish.
Finish
The finish unfolds slowly, revealing maritime peat and briny smoke that linger long after the sip, mingling with dried fig and orange zest. Sherry-driven warmth softens into nutty, cocoa-tinged sweetness, while spice and leather lend depth, tapering to a long, elegant tail of oak and sea-salt.
