Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a sunlit honey-gold sheen, warm and inviting, like liquid sunshine.
Nose
Fruity, sweet and clean on the nose, with bright citrus notes and a touch of honey.
Palate
Mandarin, honey and caramel coat the palate, with only a whisper of oak. Smooth and sweet, the flavours glide across the tongue and finish medium-long, leaving a bright, summery sweetness.
Finish
Medium-long and softly sweet, the finish lingers with mandarin zest, honey and caramel fading into a velvety warmth. Oak remains subdued, leaving a clean, fruit-forward farewell that invites the next sip.
