Full-bodied and velvety, the palate opens with maritime sweetness and sherry-rich depth. Dried fig and prune mingle with orange zest, cocoa and toffee, lifted by almond and gentle spice. An oily, luxurious texture coats the tongue, while the 53.5% ABV lends a warm bite that broadens into a long finish of oak, nuts and a whisper of smoke.

Long, opulent finish with sherry-rich sweetness of figs and raisins, a touch of dark chocolate and toasted almond. Spice unfolds—cinnamon, white pepper—while a whisper of sea salt nods to Scapa’s island home. Oak drapes the palate, leaving a warm, nutty fade that lingers softly.
