Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale gold with a delicate straw hue, warming to honeyed amber at the edge.
Nose
Fresh, floral and luminous on the nose: lemon zest and green apple rise beside honeyed pear and white peach. Waxy, beeswax-satin textures mingle with almond paste and a whisper of vanilla, while delicate heather and white flower notes crown the perfume. A trace of oak and subtle sherry-fruit depth lends refined mineral lift, leaving an airy, pristine invitation.
Palate
Silky and generous at cask strength, the palate unfurls orchard fruit—green apple, pear, and lemon zest—softened by waxy honey and barley sweetness. Sherry cask influence brings dried fig, toffee, and warming spice, with almond notes and subtle oak lending a long, elegant finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious and perfumed, the finish lingers with sherried warmth—orange zest, dried fig and cocoa ride on silky malt, while gentle spice and toasted oak unfold. A delicate floral lift remains, tapering to a clean, mineral fade.
