Silky and delicate, this Rosebank unfolds in a perfumed orchard of green apple, pear and lemon zest, with honeyed beeswax and almond paste. Subtle sherry influence brings dried apricot, raisin and spice, weaving through gentle barley sweetness with a light oak backdrop. Finishes long and refined, with white pepper and citrus zest lingering.
Finish
Long, refined finish that lingers with citrus zest, green apple and honeyed oak. The sherry influence softens into toasted almond, cocoa and subtle spice, leaving a delicate mineral spine that fades to a clean, dawn-bright finale.
