Palate
Silky, light and floral, with lemon zest and green apple on the palate, joined by pear. Subtle sherry sweetness introduces dried fruit, almond and a hint of toffee, while delicate oak lends structure. A clean mineral backbone and gentle spice lift the finish, leaving citrus sweetness and elegance to linger.
Finish
Silky, enduring finish with ethereal florals and citrus peel, unfolding into honeyed orchard fruit. A gentle sherry drizzle lends dried fruit and spice, while subtle oak frames a refined sweetness that slowly fades to a crisp, elegant hush.
