Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale straw-gold with a delicate, sunlit honey glow and just a whisper of amber.
Nose
Delicate perfume of citrus blossom, green apple and pear, honeyed florals and a waxy, creamy edge. Subtle vanilla and almond support the fruit, with a gentle sherry kiss delivering dried fruit, fig and a whisper of cocoa. Elegant, inviting depth as the bouquet unfolds.
Palate
Silky, refined palate with orchard fruit and citrus zest: green apple, pear, and apricot. A gentle honey sweetness sits on a waxy, floral texture, while light oak spice threads through. A whisper of dried fruit from the sherry cask, with almond and toffee nuances. Lingers in a bright, citrusy finish with a refined dryness.
Finish
Silky and remarkably long, the finish glides with orchard fruit, honeyed malt, and a restrained oak. Sherry warmth surfaces slowly—dried fig, almond, and spice—before fading to a citrus zest and a waxy, refined sweetness that lingers, inviting the next thoughtful sip.
