Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale golden with a sunlit sheen and a delicate amber edge, a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Delicate, floral fruit aromas of green apple and pear mingle with lemon blossom and a touch of honey. Waxy, malt-driven notes rise with beeswax and vanilla, while subtle oak brings almond spice and a hint of dried fruit, culminating in an elegant, airy Lowland perfume.
Palate
Silky and poised, the palate opens with crisp green apples, lemon zest and pear, lifted by delicate floral-wax notes. A whisper of honey and subtle sherry sweetness adds warmth, while light oak and almond carry to a clean, refined finish that lingers with quiet elegance.
Finish
Long, refined finish with citrus blossom and pear lingering beside a delicate waxy sweetness. Subtle almond and sherry notes emerge, carried by a quiet oak spice that gradually fades into an elegant echo of citrus and fruit.
