Silky and vibrant on the palate, this Rosebank delivers tropical brightness—pineapple, mango and green apple—layered with brown sugar and a touch of honey. Sherry-cask influence adds a gentle dried-fruit sweetness and a creamy, waxy mouthfeel, while subtle oak and white pepper lend lift and structure. Long, warming finish with lingering tropical fruit and orchard notes.
Finish
Silky, with a long finish that opens citrus zest and tropical fruit, softening into brown sugar and honeyed oak. Spices drift in—vanilla, ginger—leaving a warm, refined glow that lingers well after the last sip.
