Nose

A delicate, perfumed nose of lemon blossom, green apple, and elderflower, lifted by waxy honey. Subtle sherry notes weave through dried fruit, almond and orange zest, with a trace of spice and polished oak—an elegant, Lowland Rosebank.

Palate

Silky and refined on the palate, with delicate citrus and orchard fruit—lemon zest, green apple, pear—woven with soft almond. Sherry cask maturation adds dried fig, orange marmalade, and a whisper of spice. Creamy texture, gentle grip from oak, yielding a balanced sweetness and subtle tannins. A long, gracious finish of cocoa nib, toffee, orange zest, and faint clove.

Finish

Long and elegant, the finish coats the palate with orchard fruit and honeyed barley, underscored by a subtle sherry lift. Dried fruit, almond and gentle spice linger over velvet oak, fading into a warm, refined glow.
