Silky, waxy on the palate with bright pear and green-apple fruit rising above a delicate floral lift. Sherry influence brings dried fig and date, a touch of almond, and warming spice. At 55.7% ABV the texture is creamy and substantial, carrying mineral citrus notes through a long, elegant finish—subtle cocoa, toasted oak, and a final whisper of polish.
