Generous and bold, this Islay draws you in with a spectrum of enticing aromas: ginger spice, Madagascan vanilla, autumn leaves, bonfire smoke, and freshly baked banana bread. Roasted walnuts, black toffee, bitter chocolate, and liquorice weave through, a seductive interplay that lingers in the air.
Palate
Complex and inviting, this palate blends aged warmth with Islay smoke. Mulled wine, moist Christollen, and treacle tart mingle with roasted walnuts and a kiss of vanilla, while smoked marmalade threads through the profile. The balance of richness and smoke yields a lingering, gently spicy finish that invites another sip.
