This is an Indian Single Malt Whisky produced by Paul John Distilleries. Thanks to the warmer climate, the Angels' Share (the rate of evaporation of whisky from the cask its maturing in) is quite a bit higher. This was naturally the inspiration in the label design.
Expect aromas of smoky peat, caramel and a hint of sea salt. On the palate there are notes of chocolate ice-cream (with dark chocolate chips), joined by another waft of peaty embers. Red berries topped with brown sugar and a crack of black pepper on the finish.

Deep amber-gold with coppery edges, a warm, sunlit glow suggesting oak, caramel and bronze.
Nose
Smoked peat, caramel and a hint of sea salt intertwine in the glass, offering a warm, coastal aroma.
Palate
Silky, creamy and chocolatey on the palate, chocolate ice-cream with dark chocolate chips leads the way, followed by wafts of peaty embers. Red berries dusted with brown sugar mingle, finishing with a brisk crack of black pepper.
