Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm honey tones and sun-kissed copper highlights.
Nose
Bright citrus zest with orange blossom and lemon rind leads, while ginger, cardamom and clove weave through a warm spice core. Vanilla notes deepen into honey, as creamy oak adds polish, culminating in a lingering, honeyed sweetness that invites the next sip.
Palate
Bright citrus notes of lemon zest and orange peel mingle with warm spices—cinnamon, clove, white pepper—and a creamy honeyed sweetness. First-fill American oak yields vanilla depth and a silky, medium-full mouthfeel. The finish is long and honeyed, with lingering citrus and spice.
Finish
Long, honeyed finish with bright citrus over spice, lingering warmth and a feather-light sweetness from first-fill American oak. Orange zest mingles with white pepper and vanilla, leaving a refined, persistent glow that fades gracefully.
