A limited edition, Indian single malt, from Paul John. Aged for approximately five years in ex-Bourbon barrels and then matured in Oloroso Sherry casks for a further two resulting in a rich, fruity single malt.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, rich amber with coppery mahogany tones and a warm bronze-gold glow.
Nose
Fresh blood orange leads, with ripe plums and apricots in support. A sun-warmed, juicy fruit core blooms, inviting bright citrus and stone-fruit sweetness to linger with promise.
Palate
Soft and sweet on the palate, revealing dark chocolate richness with toasted nuts and a delicate sponge cake note, plush in texture and warmly inviting with a lingering sweetness.
Finish
Long, intense finish with warm spice from the Oloroso cask lingering, finished by a subtle mocha and dark cocoa.
