A limited edition, Indian single malt, from Paul John. Aged for approximately five years in ex-Bourbon barrels and then matured in Pedro Ximenez casks for a further two resulting in a tropical fruit heavy single malt.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark mahogany with coppery-amber highlights, a glossy, rich hue.
Nose
Opulent tropical bouquet of fig, apricot and banana—ripe, sun-warmed and succulent. Plush, syrupy sweetness lingers, with hints of dried fruit and the PX maturation casting a sherry-dark richness over the aroma.
Palate
Creamy butterscotch coats the tongue, mingling with dried fruits and Christmas cake, lifted by a whisper of sweet barley for a rounded, indulgent palate.
Finish
An opulent, long finish that lingers with chocolate fudge, orange peel and sherry-soaked nuts, finishing with a warm, fudgy sweetness and a note of dried fruit.
