Colour

Deep amber with copper-bronze highlights and a warm, honey-gold glow.

Nose

Rich honeycomb and aromatic spices weave with buttery French toast, chocolate and orange, accented by wisps of sweet smoke, leather, toffee and baked banana.

Palate

Sweet and spicy delivery with generous smoked Yoichi malt. Juicy sultana, rum-and-raisin fudge, Crunchie bars, orange bitters, and ripe figs in honey, all wrapped in a lush blanket of aromatic smoke.

Finish

Salty orange lingers, joined by rich sherry-soaked dried fruit. Singed waxy fruit mingles with vanillin oak, then the unmistakable Yoichi soot and smoke drifts through to seal the finish.
