Nose

Honeyed richness on the nose: honeycomb and toffee entwined with aromatic spices. Buttered French toast provides creamy sweetness, while dark chocolate and orange zest glimmer beside wisps of sweet smoke. Subtle leather and baked banana deepen the aroma, a velvety, dessert-like warmth.

Palate

Sweet and spicy, with generous smoked Yoichi malt. Juicy sultana and rum‑and‑raisin fudge mingle with Crunchie bars, orange bitters and ripe figs in honey. All wrapped in a cloak of aromatic smoke that lingers, giving depth, warmth and a creamy, luxurious finish.

Finish

Salty orange lingers with rich sherry-soaked dried fruits, singed waxy fruit and vanillin oak, finished by the iconic Yoichi sooty smoke. A finish of real depth and warmth, where sweetness persists alongside a refined, smoky final note.
