Nose

Opulent nose of sun-warmed apricots and raisins, lifted by orange blossom and honeyed citrus. Moscatel cask adds grapey perfume, marzipan, and vanilla cream, ensconced in a waxy-malty depth with notes of toffee and toasted almond.

Palate

Opulent, waxy mouthfeel with a weighty density. Dried fig and raisin mingle with orange marmalade and honeyed Moscatel, while rich malt, toffee and a touch of spice spread across the palate. Almond notes emerge mid-palate, with a lingering, velvety finish that carries warm oak and dessert-wine sweetness.

Finish

A richly sweet, honeyed Moscatel finish coats the palate, with orange peel, dried apricot and fig lingering alongside warm spice. Subtle almond and vanilla emerge as the oak sighs, while a waxy Mortlach depth persists into a long, luxurious finale.
