Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany at the rim, a warm, wine-bronze glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry aromas rise in a velvety wave: dried fig and raisin mingle with date, plum and burnt sugar, hinting at cocoa. Rich vanilla, toffee and polished oak weave through orange zest and gentle spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—over a whisper of leather and tobacco. A stately, deeply mature bouquet.
Palate
Millburn's palate is silky and full-bodied, with sun-dried fruit and toffee giving way to dark chocolate and fig, edged by toasted almond and spices. An opulent, balanced richness, with a warm peppery lift and a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish that coats the palate with sherry-dark fruit—raisin, fig and orange zest—woven with cocoa, caramel and a wisp of toasted oak. Gentle spices unfold, leaving a velvet warmth and a subtle tobacco echo that lingers with refined, persistent grace.
