By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. The resulting “single, single, single malt” this is about as exclusive it gets.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with a warm, mahogany-tinged edge.
Nose
Deep, opulent nose with rich sherry notes weaving through dark plum, fig and raisin, touched by orange peel. Cask sweetness mingles with toffee, caramel, and almond; spices—cinnamon and clove—warm the core. Hints of espresso, dark cacao, and leather rest on polished oak, all lifted by a vibrant, high-alcohol lift.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied and sherry-forward, the palate opens with raisin, fig and plum, threaded with dark chocolate and espresso. Orange zest, walnut and spice—cinnamon and clove—fade in, as rich oak lends structure. Velvety, syrupy texture coats the mouth, leading to a long, warming finish marked by dried-fruit sweetness, gentle spice and a leather-soft finale.
Finish
An exceptionally long, sherried finish that coats the palate with velvety warmth. Dried plum and fig drift into dark chocolate and espresso, threaded with toasted oak and cedar-spice. The finish lingers with a refined ember, inviting another measured sip.
