Tasting Notes
Colour
Burnished amber-gold with coppery honey highlights, a warm, smoky hue.
Nose
Earthy, minerally apples meet lime zest, with herbal, soapy notes of fresh laundry. A delicate halo of candyfloss sweetness, hints of toffee and a gentle wisp of smoke.
Palate
Oily, mouth-coating palate of warm rum and ginger fudge, mineral apple core, herbal undertones, candied citrus and a subtle coal-smoke lift.
Finish
Apple bon-bons linger with mineral brightness, a ginger-soda spark gives way to drying singed herbs and oak smoke, leaving a smoky, orchard-fresh finish that invites another sip.
