Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, the palate reveals rich sherry sweetness—figs, raisins and dates—laced with dark chocolate and orange zest, all wrapped in velvet oak. At 50.6% it coats the mouth with warm spice, leather and espresso, finishing long with cacao, dried fruit and a refined sherry linger.

Finish

Opulent, lingering finish of dried fruits—raisins, fig and date—woven with dark cocoa and a bright strand of orange zest. Rich sherry notes persist, seasoned with cinnamon and clove, fading into a warm, velvety oak glow that stretches long after the swallow.
