Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.

Colour
Dense mahogany amber with a coppery glow and ruby highlights.
Nose
Opulent bouquet of rich dried fruits, dark chocolate and orange peel, entwined with warming spice and toasted oak. A nose that hints at sherry depth to come.

Full and rounded on the palate, it reveals raisin and toffee with cocoa notes, edged by oak spice. Roasted nuts add depth, while a gentle sweetness lingers, carried by warm spice into a long, luxurious finish.

Long, warming finish with gentle spice; dried fruit and oak linger, with subtle cocoa and roasted nuts echoing before fading to a warm, cask-driven sweetness.
