A release from speyside Mannochmore distillery as part of the Single Malts of Scotland, Reserve Casks series.
Distilled in 2009, aged for 11 years and bottled in 2020 this single malt whisky is a production of batch of seven-ex bourbon hogsheads to create a fresh, subtly sweet, fruity dram.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm honey hues.
Nose
Lime and dill pickle mingle with hay, spiced apple sauce and bread and butter pudding.
Palate
Damson plum jam unfolds into buttered toast, carrying childhood sweetness of pear drops and bonbons, with custard tempered by cardamom and apples.
Finish
Refreshing and light, the finish carries elderflower and lime, with pistachios and a touch of white pepper.
