This 11 year old Speyside single malt from Mannochmore has been matured in an ex-Oloroso sherry cask. The whisky opens with aromas of juicy pears alongside hints of soft sponge pudding sweetness. As the fruitiness fades, the whisky develops into drier notes of spiced oak, creating a well balanced and characterful sherried Speyside malt.
