Palate

Silky, full-bodied palate with rich Pedro Ximénez sweetness. Raisin, fig and prune mingle with dark chocolate, toasted almond and vanilla. A coffee-kissed spice rides the malt as velvety tannins caress the tongue. Long, syrupy finish, leaving oak, caramel and dried fruit to linger.
