Nose
Ripe red fruit leads the nose—cherry, blackberry and plum—lifted by perfumed rose and Barolo-oak spice. Dried fig, cocoa nibs and toasted almond mingle with a touch of tobacco and leather, while warm, wine-kissed spice hints add depth to the aroma.
Palate
Viscous and opulent on the palate, this Mannochmore carries dark cherry and plum from the Barolo cask, layered with dried fig and subtle rose. Rich cocoa and espresso mingle with spicy notes of cinnamon and clove, while robust tannins provide structure. Velvety, warming and long, with integrated oak and a lingering hint of leather at the finish.
Finish
Long and wine-driven, the finish pours Barolo-tinged red cherry and plum, with cocoa-dusted oak, leather and spice. Gentle yet persistent tannins warm the palate, fading into an elegant, oak-savory echo that lingers with refined warmth.
