Colour
Natural deep amber, with a warm honey-gold glow and coppery undertones.
Nose
New oak, vanilla and warm toffee lead, mingling with sun-warmed citrus zest and orchard fruit. Cinnamon, clove and white pepper sparkle beside almond and a hint of cocoa, while resinous virgin oak adds depth and a touch of sweetness. Unfiltered and cask-strength, the nose carries bold, polished spice and inviting warmth.
Palate
Bold and opulent, the palate delivers vanilla-forward richness, orange zest, and toasted oak. Spices emerge—cinnamon, nutmeg, white pepper—driven by a robust, cask-strength backbone. Dried apricot and dark chocolate weave through, finishing long, warm, and delectably persistent.
Finish
Long, warming finish of creamy vanilla and toasted virgin oak, with generous spice. Dried fruit and dark chocolate emerge as peppery heat lingers, fading into a velvety sweetness that coats the palate and leaves a refined, lasting impression.
