Lively aromas of caramel, apricot and marzipan continue onto the palate with accompanied by notes of praline, honey and some warming spices. The finish is vibrant and tingly with notes of honey lingering.
The Alistair Walker Whisky Company was founded in 2018 and specialises in bottling Single Cask releases of Scotch Single Malt and Single Grain whiskies. The inaugural release of their flagship brand "Infrequent Flyers" was released in July 2019, with the focus being on lesser known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available. All small batch releases that are bottles at cask strength, with natural colour, and un-chill filtered.
