Matured for around eight years in new American oak, small percentage of Sherry casks and about 35% of the liquid is finished in Rum casks.
As you would expect from a rum cask aged whisky a big sweet and spicy style but not over sweet and well balanced.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with coppery undertones and a sunlit bronze glow.
Nose
Banana toffee with salted raisin fudge, toasted marshmallows and mocha, lifted by hints of ginger syrup and pineapple.
Palate
Caramelised pineapple, rum-raisin chocolate, honeycomb, floral honey and baked bananas unfold on the palate, delivering a lush, balanced sweetness.
Finish
Bananas drenched in salted caramel, rum-raisin fudge and chocolate, with marshmallows and a milky mocha, finishing with a bright note of pineapple salsa.
