Distillery Bottling

Matured for around eight years in new American oak, small percentage of Sherry casks and about 35% of the liquid is finished in Rum casks.

As you would expect from a rum cask aged whisky a big sweet and spicy style but not over sweet and well balanced.

Nose

Banana toffee, salted rasin fudge, toasted marshmallows, mocha with ginger syrup and pineapple.

Palate

Caramelised pineapple, rum & raisin chocolate, honeycomb, floral honey and baked bananas.

Finish

Bananas with salted caramel sauce, rum & raisin fudge, chocolate, marshmallows, milky mocha, pineapple salsa.
