Nose

Morning-dew freshness unfurls into a bold, silky bouquet: vanilla and honey from first-fill bourbon, layered with dark dried fruits and cocoa from sherry casks, a bright citrus zest, and a whisper of spice from the oak.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, this whisky glides across the palate with a warm, velvety mouthfeel. Vanilla and butterscotch from first-fill bourbon mingle with dried fruit and cocoa from the sherry casks, all wrapped in spiced oak. A bright note of cinnamon and nutmeg lifts the mid-palate, finishing long, creamy and oak-kissed with a refined, lingering warmth.

Finish

An expansive, lingering finish that unfurls in waves of warm vanilla and toffee from the Bourbon casks, woven with rich sherried fruit, orange zest, and subtle spice. Oak tannins softly coat the palate, giving a velvety, peppery reprise that slowly fades to a clean, enduring warmth.
