Mackmyra's latest seasonal whisky release is here, Grönt Te, or Green Tea! Grönt Te is a Swedish single malt whisky that has been finished in a newly saturated Ex-Oloroso casks. A blend of oloroso wine and the finest vintage Japanese green tea leaves have seasoned the casks, providing a subtly spicy and flavourful whisky with a fruity and floral finish. The whisky has notes of fine vanilla, green apples and herbal green tea. Grönt Te is light amber in colour with subtle red reflections and is great to enjoy on any occasion.

Silky, light- to medium-bodied, with vanilla cream and crisp green apple supporting herbal green tea. Subtle spice from the Ex-Oloroso finish weaves through, delivering a warm, fruit-forward core. A tea-kissed sweetness lingers into a bright, fragrant finish, accented by delicate oak and citrus zest.
Finish
An elegant, lingering finish of subtle spice, with fruity brightness and floral lift. Vanilla sweetness and green apple notes persist, carried by herbal green tea into a refined, long fade with a gentle warming touch.
