A rather interesting Single Cask bottling from the Macduff Distillery botttled under the Cooper's Choice label from the Vintage Malt Company. This is a 14 year whisky matured in a sweet moscatel cask. Rich and porridgy on the nose with lots of barley and grain notes. On the palate there's more vanilla and spice notes with a slight grapey note and sweet texture. The finish is medium long and lingering with more fruit notes to finish.

Medium-long and lingering, the finish unfurls grape-tinged fruit and orchard sweetness, carried by vanilla warmth and subtle spice, fading into a soft moscatel glow that lingers true to the palate.
