The Macbeth Series by Livingstone is a Scotch Whisky collection selected and bottled by Elixer distillers. This remarkable collection is presented with character notes by renowned whisky writer David Broom, and illustrations by one of Europe's most famous illustrators, Sir Quentin Blake.
In a career spanning seven decades, Sir Quentin Blake has illustrated over 300 books including classic works by Roald Dahl such as The BFG, Matilda, and Charlie And The Chocolate Factory. He rarely produces any commercial illustration and his work is highly collectable.

Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany, a warm, luxurious glow.
Nose
Opulent aroma of dark cherry, fig and plum, tempered by cocoa, toasted almond and caramel. Subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—drifts through, alongside rich sherry oak and orange zest. Elegant and inviting, it hints at velvet richness to come.
Palate
Opulent and velvety, the palate opens with rich sherry sweetness—ripe raisin, fig, and dates, lifting into dark chocolate. Dried red fruit, toasted almond and brown sugar add warmth, while cinnamon, clove and nutmeg weave through toasted oak. Full-bodied and mouth-coating, it travels to a long, warming finish of cocoa, espresso and dried fruit with a refined, woody kiss.
Finish
Long, warm finish cloaks dark fruit with sherry sweetness, a hint of orange zest and clove, fading to polished leather and a silky, resinous oak tail. Luxurious, lingering and invites the next sip.
