Palate

Explosive peat smoke coats the palate with resinous, medicinal character and a coastal brine tang. Sherry-cask depth delivers dark fruit—fig, prune, raisin—plus cocoa, espresso and toasted oak. The oil-rich texture glides through the mouth, carrying the 57.6% ABV with elegance. A long, warming finish of pepper, ash and persistent peat lingers.
