Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep coppery amber with mahogany-bronze depth and a warm, sunlit honey edge.
Nose
Sherry-gilded and delicately robust, this nose unfurls with dark fig and raisin, bright orange peel, and toasted almond. A kiss of vanilla toffee warms the fruit, while cocoa, almond paste and soft oak lend depth, finishing with a quiet, refined floral lift.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied with a refined sherry sweetness. Green apple and pear mingle with dried apricot and fig, brightened by citrus zest. Almond, toffee and a whisper of cinnamon drift through polished oak. Water reveals creamy vanilla and cocoa, finishing with a warm echo of fruit, spice and a lingering nutty richness.
Finish
Silky, long finish that lingers with dark dried-fruit sweetness, cocoa, and a gentle nutty edge. Sherry notes persist, weaving orange zest and clove through toasted oak, finally fading to a warm, refined caramelized linger that coats the palate.
