Lindores Thiron 2025 Limited Edition Single Malt is the second release in the Thiron series, honouring the deep historic ties between Lindores Abbey in Scotland and Thiron-Gardais in France. Matured in Old Forester bourbon casks, rejuvenated red wine barriques and exclusive Thiron French Virgin Oak, it delivers remarkable depth. Expect layers of vanilla, raspberries, pastry and roasted hazelnuts, balanced by warming spice and oak, with an elegant, lingering finish at 49.4% abv.

Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery sheen and a subtle ruby tint from the red wine cask.
Nose
Opulent vanilla leads the aroma, mingling with bright raspberries, pastry notes and roasted hazelnuts. A veil of warming spice and seasoned oak threads through, giving depth and a touch of wine-barrique richness.
Palate
Silky, multi-layered palate built on vanilla and raspberry, unfolding into pastry and roasted hazelnuts. Warming spice and oak weave through the sweetness, creating a lush, balanced mouthfeel with an elegant, lingering finish.
