This limited edition single malt whisky is matured exclusively in first fill Oloroso Sherry Butts. As with all Lindores whiskies, this release is non chill filtered, of natural colour and bottled on site at Lindores Abbey Distillery.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with copper-bronze edges and a warm tawny core, a sunlit hue that hints at Oloroso sherry influence and natural colour.
Nose
Dates and figs rise from the glass, tempered by dark molasses, vanilla cream, and lush chocolate ganache, finished with a cinnamon kiss.
Palate
Soft, inviting with raisins and date syrup wrapped in molasses and dark chocolate ganache, with hints of nutty walnuts and cinnamon. A silky, smooth mouthfeel that lingers with warm spice.
Finish
A long, velvety finish of sherry-rich sweetness, where dried dates and figs meld with raisins and date syrup, unfolding into dark chocolate ganache. Nutty walnuts and cinnamon spice linger, framed by gentle oak and a warm, lingering sherry glow.
