Palate

On the palate it unfurls smoky peat and medicinal iodine, buoyed by sea-salted sweetness. Rich sherry cask influence brings raisin, fig and dark chocolate, with velvety tannins and a pruney warmth. Spiced nutmeg and a waxy, coastal brine knit through velvet caramel, finishing long, peppery and ember-tinged with lingering, mineral smoke.
