Powerful peat smoke envelops the nose, with medicinal iodine and sea-salt tang. Beneath, vanilla and toffee sweeten the edge, a touch of citrus, and a lean, charred oak backbone keeps the aroma bright and maritime.
Palate
Bold peat smoke crowns a medicinal iodine core, with a coastal brine that coats the palate. Rich vanilla and oak weave through toasted barley, adding subtle sweetness. Peppery spice and mineral grip emerge, guiding a long, warming finish of smoke, sea salt, and lingering sweetness.
Finish
Long, smoky peat lingers gracefully, with medicinal iodine and a whisper of sea-salt that coats the palate. Notes of charred oak and subtle vanilla drift into a warming finish, leaving a resonant mineral bite and faint embered sweetness that slowly fades.
