Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights.
Nose
Intense peat smoke and medicinal iodine rise from the glass, carried by sea-salt brine. Vanilla and toasted caramel weave through the aroma, with hints of leather and ash. A delicate spice note and a whisper of fruit add depth, leaving a maritime, lingering perfume.
Palate
Oil-rich and peaty, it coats the palate with medicinal iodine, sea salt and ash. Dark fruit—prune and fig—ripple through vanilla and spice, with subtle oak lift. Full-bodied and warming, the finish is long and smoky, threaded with peppery heat and a briny coastal echo.
Finish
Long, maritime smoke lingers with iodine and peat, carried on a briny breeze. A hint of sweetness softens the edge, while subtle leather and mineral warmth persist, finishing in a warm, clean glow with a delicate peppery bite.
