Colour
Deep amber with coppery mahogany hues and a warm reddish-gold glow.
Nose
Bold peat and iodine rise with a sherry-nurtured sweetness, ushering in dark fig and raisin, burnt sugar and toffee. Velvet oak and a whisper of leather mingle with briny sea air, while spice and cocoa notes add a sophisticated, lingering warmth.
Palate
Powerful peat dominates, with medicinal, ashy smoke coating the tongue and a briny, coastal core. Sherried richness brings dark fruit, fig, and cocoa, layered with roasted spice and leather. Warm ABV amplifies peppery peat; oak sweetness lingers, finishing long with a saline, coastal lift.
Finish
Long, smoky finish where peat lingers with maritime iodine, enriched by sherry sweetness. Dried fig and raisin rise with cocoa and spice, then fade to a warm, resinous dryness.
