LAGG BATCH #1
Matured in Bourbon Barrels for 36 months, Batch 1 was produced using Concerto barley and water from the distillery borehole. The peat used is from North East Scotland and the peat level is 50PPM. It is non-chill filtered with no additional colouring and is bottled at 50% abv. This Batch is a limited release of 10,000 bottles worldwide.
LAGG BATCH #2
Lagg's heavily peated spirit matured for 30 months in ex-bourbon casks with a 6-month finish in ex-red wine charred casks, bottled at 50% abv. The dram opens with earthy peat, minerality and a hint of oak. The palate is thick and herbaceous, with a dark fruit sweetness and wafts of peat, with a pinch of salt in the finish.
LAGG BATCH #3
Lagg's heavily peated spirit matured for 30 months in ex-bourbon casks with a 6 month finish in ex-Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 50% abv. The dram opens with chocolate hazelnut on the nose, moving to the palate with flavours of salted toffee, red fruits, and a big hit of peat. The close has more oak, caramel, and treacle sweetness.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural, uncoloured, this trio pours a spectrum from sunlit gold to warm amber and coppery mahogany, a rich, unfiltered glow that hints at the sherry and wine finishes.
Nose
Earthy peat and mineral brightness open the nose, carried by a subtle Bourbon vanilla undercurrent. Chocolate-hazelnut from Batch 3 emerges, merging with red-fruit hints, while whispers of oak, salted toffee and treacle linger—an un-chill filtered, refined invitation to the palate.
Palate
On the palate, the trio unfolds with weight and peat. Batch 1 offers bourbon-soft foundations with a steady peat backbone. Batch 2 is thick and herbaceous, with earthy peat, mineral notes and dark fruit sweetness, finished by a pinch of salt. Batch 3 delivers chocolate hazelnut, salted toffee and red fruits, a bold peat surge, and a long oak, caramel and treacle finish.
Finish
Coastal peat lingers with a saline kiss, folding into warm, oak-driven spice. Subtle caramel and treacle sweetness emerge, carried by a gentle fruit echo and mineral lift, leaving a long, refined finish that fades to a soft, warm glow.
