Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural golden amber with sunlit honey highlights and a pale copper edge.
Nose
Vibrant greengage and gooseberry fruit open the nose, followed by smoked apple skins and grassy, mossy peat. A peppery pear drop lingers with a delicate whisper of coastal sea spray.
Palate
Very clean and refreshing at cask strength, this Kilchoman delivers a bright burst of green fruit—grape, apple, pear—paired with aromatic peat smoke and a warm vanilla spice from the oak.
Finish
Long and well balanced, the finish delivers creamy peat smoke intertwined with green fruit and a touch of spicy oak, leaving a warm, lingering echo on the palate.
