Colour

A rich, deep amber with a warm burnished copper glow and subtle mahogany-tinged edges.

Nose

Opulent and dark, the nose unfurls with dried fig and raisin, orange zest, and coffee-soaked chocolate. Velvet oloroso sherry mingles with date, treacle and almond, while warm spices—cinnamon and clove—linger. A refined oak backbone lends toffee and sandalwood depth, finishing with a poised, balsamic lift.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, this pours with a velvety, sherried richness. Dried fruits - fig, prune, raisin - layer with cocoa nibs, toffee and caramel. Orange zest threads through baking spices (cinnamon, clove) and vanilla-soaked oak. Concentrated warmth carries a long finish, leaving molasses, toasted nuts and cocoa in its wake.

Finish

Long and luxurious, the finish lingers with sherry richness—dark chocolate and dried plum giving way to orange zest and toasted oak. Spiced warmth (cinnamon, clove) threads through, while coffee and leather notes leave a velvet, lingering ember on the palate.
