Manzanilla-brined and sea-salted, this nose opens with bright orange zest and dried apricot, then unfolds toasted almond, hazelnut and caramel-vanilla. A delicate spice threads through while coastal salinity lingers, delivering a luxurious, sherry-kissed depth.
Palate
Briny, saline notes glide across a lush, velvety palate. Almond paste, orange zest and dried fig mingle with rich cacao and toffee from the Manzanilla cask, while toasted oak adds depth. A warming spine of spice carries a long, salt-laden finish.
Finish
Long, dry and saline, the finish unfurls with coastal brine, toasted almond and citrus zest. A subtle sherry depth lingers, weaving a mineral, mouthwatering core and a vanilla-wrapped warmth that persists with elegant restraint.
