Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm copper highlights.
Nose
Coconut with spicy, aromatic oak, vanilla custard and baklava drenched in runny honey; apricot glaze, hot cross buns, crème brûlée, butterscotch, white chocolate truffles, sweet nutty nougat and cinnamon toast.
Palate
Sweet, bold and spicy, this palate pours rich Ex-Bourbon character: coconut and toasted vanilla collide with butterscotch, cookies and cream ice cream, and french toast. Golden syrup drapes through, while rum-and-raisin fudge and honeyed waffles add opulent depth and a lingering warm spice.
Finish
An exquisitely long finish, where sweet spices and toasted oak unfold into coconut and white chocolate, with toasted marshmallows. A rum‑rich, eggnog‑like chew lingers, inviting another sip with a luxurious, lasting warmth.
