Opulent sherry aroma, dense with dried fruits—figs, raisins, dates—woven with dark chocolate and espresso. Spices rise—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—over velvety oak, with hints of tobacco and leather. A lush, syrupy sweetness from four decades in cask lingers on the nose.
Palate
Opulent and deeply fruity, this opens with dried fig, date and prune, brushed by dark chocolate and espresso. Spices such as cinnamon, clove and nutmeg rise against polished oak, while the velvety body coats the palate. A long, warming finish delivers chocolatey sweetness balanced by dry sherry richness and a kiss of spice, evolving with every sip.
